Asia International School Limited (AISL) has officially launched the AISL Harrow Food Project, embodying the group’s commitment to excellence, consistently upholding the same high standards from education to school dining. A collection of 20 exclusive dishes crafted in collaboration with renowned international culinary consultant Paul Yen, these dishes are designed to redefine the AISL Harrow dining experience—authentically healthy, diverse, high-quality, and delicious.
On 29 May 2025, the launch event, First Bite Preview, was successfully held at Harrow International School Shanghai. Over 80 guests— including parent, students, staff, and special guests, attended the tasting session and offered valuable feedback on the 5 featured dishes served on eco-friendly tableware.
Clare Chiu, Chief Operating Officer of AISL, shared the vision behind the project: “The AISL Harrow Food Project reflects our commitment to excellence in school dining. Partnering with a celebrated chef, we aim to create healthy, delicious dishes that nourish, foster joy, and build lasting memories. This initiative is about connection, culture, and building lifelong healthy habits. Starting with the First Bite Preview at Harrow Shanghai, we look forward to inspiring our students, staff, and parents through every meal.”
Valerie Chiu, Executive Director of AISL, added: “Nourishing the body and mind with quality food is essential to our students’ well-being and success. This initiative reimagines food as more than sustenance—it’s a foundation for growth, learning, and lifelong wellness. Our goal is to make nutritious, delicious meals the joyful norm, cultivating a generation that values what truly nourishes them while building sustainable, healthy habits for the future.”
