Dr Ahmed Hussain, Chief Education Officer of AISL Harrow Schools, delivered a keynote speech on 30 May at KingLead 2022 Nobel Innovation Forum – The “Oscar” of International Schools in China.
In his speech, Dr. Hussian mentioned how AISL Harrow Schools develop the personal identity of our students that leads to educational excellence for life and leadership. Watch the full version below:

Congratulations to two of our School Heads, Mrs. Rachel Dent from AISL Harrow Beijing and Mrs. Kelly Wailes from AISL Harrow Haikou for receiving “KingLead 2022 Global Top 10 Leading Principals” award at this forum. The award is to recognise principals’ efforts in leading educational development.
Rachel Dent

Mrs. Dent has over 30 years of experience working in education. She has also served on several UK National education boards and at present serves on several international boards including the British Chamber of Commerce for China. Mrs. Dent is a very experienced Head and as the Head of Harrow Beijing definitely exudes all of the Harrow values including fellowship and courage.
Kelly M Wailes
Head of AISL Harrow Haikou
Head of AISL Harrow Haikou, Mrs. Kelly M Wailes has been in education for more than 20 years across the USA, the UK and China. Most of her career has been focused on educating younger children, and Mrs. Wailes’ leadership experience has been built upon her work as an Early Years and Primary specialist. Mrs. Wailes believes that having been a teacher for over 10 years across various countries and continents has given her an insight into other cultures and how young children learn and develop, and this has been further developed and enriched by having her own two daughters.
As a high-end platform of international education resources and services, KingLead is a promoter of international school evaluations, brand media, and scientific research education. KingLead has been conducting continuous and in-depth research and analysis on the competitiveness of international schools in China, exploring the characteristics of international schools.
The Nobel Innovation Forum invites Nobel laureates, scholars from Harvard, Upenn, Oxford and Cambridge University, and Principals from Top International Schools in China to discuss the development of China’s international education.
